Store boxes flat and horizontally for a strict 24 hours prior to layout. Maintain room temperatures between 20°C and 25°C, stacking material no more than 3 boxes high to safeguard structural equilibrium.
Planks feature micro-tolerances for a tight interlocking seal. Very little physical force is required to drop and slide the profiles together; forcing or hammering will compromise the edge system.

A flawless surface presentation begins below the surface. Subfloors must be fundamentally clean, dry, sound, and level to protect the integrity of the acoustic interlocking system.
Subfloors must be structurally sound and level to a strict plane tolerance of 1/8” over a 10-foot radius (3mm in 4m), adhering directly to NFCA compliance standards. Any humps or voids will severely disrupt the profile locks.
